I am very pleased with the awning. The materials are high quality. The installed awning looked exactly like my wife and I hoped it would. My only complaint is the directions for installation. I am a mechanically inclined person, I found the directions not very clear. I enlisted the help of my cousin, a retired machinist. He was able to look at the plans and get a better picture of how the awning should go together. With his help three of us put it up in under 2 hours. My suggestion would be clearer actual pictures of each step. You might also label each bag of screws with their location on the awning.

Your customer service is first class. Our first awning arrived damaged. We refused the shipment and sent it back. I worked with one of your associates to get the second awning sent to us. I also asked numerous questions which he patiently answered. I have recommended your product to friends. It's not often I order big ticket items online.
