How to select your Robusta Heavy Duty awning
1) Make sure that you have at least 4" of space above the window to mount the awning.
2) Choose projection
- Measure the height of your window.
- Choose a projection that is slightly more than 1/2 of that height if you want to be able to cover the entire window.
- Note that projections up to 60" are available. Call or e-mail us if you need a custom projection.
3) Choose width
- Measure the width of your window.
- From the drop-down menu, choose the width of the entire unit that is at least 6" wider than the window.
- Call or e-mail us if you need a custom width.
- Note that awnings over 15 feet wide require an additional middle arm.
4) Select the fabric color or pattern that best complements your home
- Click on the link below to choose your Sunbrella fabric.
- Write the fabric number and name in the space provided.

6) Select hardware color
- The awning hardware is available in White (RAL 9010), Brown (RAL 8019) or Cream (RAL 1015).
7) Choose operation side
- Looking at the window from the outside, select the side where you want the standard crank handle or motor.
8) Optional motor
- If desired, order an optional motor with a 6-ft cord and wall switch or a motor with remote control.
9) Optional hood
- If desired, order an optional weather protection hood.
10) Optional wind sensor
- If desired, order an optional wind sensor kit.
- Note that the wind sensor kit includes a remote control; no need to order it separately.
