Shipping & Returns


Shipping Policy

We offer free ground shipping on all our products to the 48 contiguous US states. For expedited delivery or shipping outside the 48 contiguous states, please contact us describing your order. We will determine if such delivery is possible and respond with a quote.

Depending on the product model, your order will ship in 2 to 12 business days. It may take longer during periods of high demand, of which we will notify you by a separate email. Delivery usually takes 3 to 4 business days. Large items that do not qualify for standard ground shipping require 5 to 8 business days from the shipping date for home delivery. Delivery to remote locations may take longer.

Smaller packages will be delivered to your door. Large items are shipped by a freight carrier that is responsible for moving your order to the end of the truck only (curbside delivery). Please be ready to unload your order, which will likely require the help of an additional person. Upon request, the carrier may provide assistance under its own discretion.

Do not refuse the delivery of your order, even if it has visible damage. If your order has been delivered with no signature required, check each package for visible damage, and report any damage to us within 24 hours of delivery. Report any missing packages to us within 24 hours of delivery.

If your order has been delivered by a freight carrier, check each package for visible damage and verify the number of packages received with the number stated on the delivery receipt before signing the delivery receipt. Any damage to packages or contents, as well as any missing packages, must be noted on your copy and the carrier's copy of the delivery receipt and signed by the driver. Notify us of any damage or missing packages within 24 hours of delivery. Any concealed damage must be reported to us within 10 days of the delivery date. Any missing parts must be reported to us within 30 days of the delivery date.

If your order was received damaged or defective, we reserve the right to replace only the damaged or defective parts. You will not be charged for delivery of such replacement parts or replacement product. You may be required to provide photos of any damaged packaging and/or contents. If we make a mistake in filling your order, we reserve the right to provide only appropriate replacement parts, replace the entire product with the correct product, or, if replacement is not possible, provide a full refund including shipping charges, if any. You may be required to place the packaged parts or product outside your home or business for pickup, or to be available to hand the items to a shipping carrier when it arrives to pick up the items. Please note that the parts or product, and packaging, must be in the same condition as when they were received.


Cancellation and Return Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without incurring any fees. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that an order may be cancelled, as it may already have been shipped or may be in the production process.

All products, except the products in the list below, are custom-made and are not returnable. If you would like to return a product that is returnable, please contact us indicating your order number and the product you wish to return. Shipping charges, if any, are not refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please insure your shipment as appropriate. If the returned product arrives damaged, we will not be able to provide a refund. You will need to file a damage claim with the shipping company. A restocking fee may be applied.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before returning any product. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and shipped back in their original or other suitable packaging with all contents and paperwork. The deadline to request a return authorization is 30 days from the delivery date.
