Shipping & Returns
We offer free ground shipping on all our products to the 48 contiguous US states. For expedited delivery or shipping outside the 48 contiguous states, please contact us describing your order. We will determine if such delivery is possible and respond with a quote.
Depending on the product model, your order will ship in 2 to 12 business days. It may take longer during periods of high demand, of which we will notify you by a separate email. Delivery usually takes 3 to 4 business days. Large items that do not qualify for standard ground shipping require 5 to 8 business days from the shipping date for home delivery. Delivery to remote locations may take longer.
Smaller packages will be delivered to your door. Large items are shipped by trucking companies that are responsible for moving your order to the end of the truck only (curbside delivery). Please be ready to unload your order, which will likely require the help of an additional person. Upon request, the carrier may provide assistance under its own discretion.
If your order has been delivered with no signature required, check each package for visible damage, and report any damage to us within 24 hours of delivery. Report any missing packages to us within 24 hours of delivery.
If your order has been delivered by a freight carrier, check each package for visible damage and verify the number of packages received with the number stated on the delivery receipt before signing the delivery receipt. Any damage to packages or contents, as well as any missing packages, must be noted on your copy and the carrier's copy of the delivery receipt and signed by the driver. Notify us of any damage or missing packages within 24 hours of delivery. Any concealed damage must be reported to us within 10 days of the delivery date. Any missing parts must be reported to us within 30 days of the delivery date.
Cancellation and Return Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without incurring any fees. Upon the expiration of 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that an order may be cancelled, as it may already have been shipped or may be in the process of being manufactured. If possible, we will accommodate your cancellation request with a 5% cancellation fee.
We are committed to your satisfaction and will do our best to help you if you need to return a product. However, because most products are custom made, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to return your product. If you need to return a product that was not received damaged or defective and was not shipped in error, please contact us as soon as possible. If a return authorization is given, a restocking fee may be charged. Any shipping charges are not refundable. Orders that received discounted or free shipping will be charged the shipping discount or full initial shipping cost respectively. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please insure your shipment as appropriate. If the returned product arrives damaged, we will not be able to provide a refund. You will need to file a damage claim with the shipping company.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from us before returning any product. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. Products must be returned in the same condition that they were received and shipped back in their original packaging with all contents and all paperwork. To request an RMA number, please contact us indicating your order number and the reason for your return. The deadline to request an RMA is 21 days from the delivery date.
If you need to return a product because it was received damaged or defective, we reserve the right to replace only the damaged or defective parts. You will not be charged for delivery of such replacement parts or replacement product. If we make a mistake in filling your order, we reserve the right to provide only appropriate replacement parts, replace the entire product with the correct product, or, if replacement is not possible, provide a full refund including shipping charges, if any. You may be required to place the packaged parts or product outside your home for pickup, or to be available to hand the items to a shipping carrier when it arrives to pick up the items. Please note that the parts or product, and packaging, must be in the same condition as when they were received.
