The process of ordering and installing the awning was an excellent experience. I had done a lot of online searching, and had my reliable handyman make all the required measurements. He placed the original order by phone. I then made contact by phone, in which the order was finalized, and changed a few details. The installation was quite simple, using the instructions provided.

I am very happy with the awning: it's made of high-quality materials and provides exactly the level of sun protection required, so the illustrations and dimensions provided gave us all the information needed to fulfill my objectives. The color is a very good match to the movable sunshade on an adjacent slider, and to the shade umbrella over our deck table. In all, I am a very satisfied customer.

We recently installed the awning we purchased last November. It looks great and we decided to do the rest of the window on our building which is mostly block. The awning really dress them up and give the plain block appearance a more appealing look. The installation was fairly easy and now that I have done one, the rest will be really easy. So far so good. Love your awnings. The Saxon Chili really adds a lot of beauty to my house. Most people I think like to play it safe and go with white or black awnings, and I thought to myself that I think the stripes would add a lot to the house. I think my house is pretty now. Keeps the rain and sun off the windows. Cools my house, and when it rains, I can still have the windows open. Happy with the quality, and the instructions that come with them. I still have plans to buy more for my other windows in the near future.
